The "Seasons Menu"
Discover the new “Seasons Menu”!
As part of Barcelona’s role as the world sustainable food capital, the City Council has created the “Seasons Menu” in collaboration with administrations and entities in the restaurant, food and design sectors.
Restaurants taking part in the project are featuring a variety of dishes on their menus which follow the principles of sustainable and healthy seasonal food, whether by including some of the suggested recipes, adapting them to their own style or introducing seasonal produce into their dishes.
The city’s food capital status is a chance to promote Barcelona’s eateries and give them a boost at this difficult time caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time, restaurants are one of the main allies for promoting healthy sustainable food among the population.

Restaurants signed up to the "Seasons Menu"
Are you a restaurant? Would you like to participate in the “Seasons Menu”?
We explain what you have to do to participate.
Offer, as a minimum, two of the ingredients proposed per season of the year.
Indicate the sustainable products on your menu with the capital stamp.
Display the badge sent to you in digital format to indicate that you belong to the network of participating restaurants.
Make the QR code available to customers which provides a link to all the information about the project.
