Grilled littlegems with cream of anchovies and dried tomato

Ingredients:

  • 400 g ricotta cheese
  • 50 g anchovies
  • 100 ml milk
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 4 g salt
  • 20 g dried tomato
  • 100 g littlegem

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in a Thermomix and mash well to ensure the desired texture.

Taste and season with salt, if needed.

Leave it in the fridge.

When serving, pour a drop of the cream on the base of the plate, then place the grilled littlegems and dried tomato on top.
