Ingredients:
- 400g boiled kidney beans
- 300g diced potatoes
- 500g chard strips
- 500g boiled artichoke stalks
- 2 chopped cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1 bay leaf
Method:

Sauté the garlic, red pepper and bay leaf.

Boil the potatoes and chard, then add the kidney beans and artichoke stalks.

Add the sautéed ingredients to the pan of vegetables.
