Chard with garlic

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg chard
  • 4 chopped cloves of garlic
  • Oil / salt /water

 

 

Method:

Wash and cut the chard leaves.

Boil in salted water and strain well.

Fry the chopped garlic in a frying pan with oil.

Add the chard and leave it all for a while so the flavours blend together.
