TERRA I GUST, the Sustainable Food Festival
Tastings, cooking shows, workshops, prizes, concerts... This 3rd edition of the festival invites you to enjoy music, food and drink in a more conscious way, with quality offerings that contribute to caring for the planet with sustainable practice.
We invite you to enjoy the festival at a new location, in the Parc de la Ciutadella. A whole experience for the senses!

Local ice cream
Ice creams made with a high number of local products. The DelaTerra hallmark (Delacream project) is synonymous with zero kilometre and local produce.
Coffees
The Milk and Coffee: Speciality coffee made with a Velopresso, a pedal-powered coffee trike, which generates the energy needed to grind and make coffee.
Concerts
The “Terra i Gust” venue includes an assortment of music events and activities throughout the day. Concerts accompanied by midday aperitifs, plus live music for your afternoon enjoyment and catchy rhythms that will get you dancing in the evening.
Daria Kolomiec
This DJ, cultural activist and music producer is making her way around the world to give her country a voice with rare and exclusive records that are hidden gems in Ukrainian music.
Els Senyora
Music group from Andorra and Barcelona, with rhythm and a festive spirit. They’ll have you dancing to the rhythm of rumba, funk, ska, reggae, salsa and other Latin styles.
Contemporary jazz with the band Poblet Jazz
Band formed of ten musicians and featuring drums, electric bass, keyboards, wind instruments and vocals.
Liraz
Modern music from Israel with an ethnic flavour of Persian roots. The group will be presenting their disc Roya (‘fantasy’ in Farsi), with modern and traditional rhythms.
Spice Berberechos
The generational shift in flamenco-jazz arrives accompanied by Carles Dénia and Mélodie Gimard, with whom they will offer a mature reinterpretation of Campo de Agramante.
HIP HORNS BRASS COLLECTIVE & ESCANDALOSO XPÓSITO
This concert sees the group blend New Orleans brass with hip-hop, funk, soul and the groove typical of Afro-American music.

- The environmental impact of all the dishes offered is calculated using the calcuteca.

- It ensures selective waste collection, and guarantees the correct final management of the selectively collected portions.
- It uses recyclable and reusable materials and cuts down on plastic.
- Furniture is made from recovered wood.
- The main collaborating organisations have the Biosphere certificate for responsible tourism.
- It opts for sustainable energy, thanks to the use of electrogen groups with sustainable certification.
With people
- It promotes the local economy, working with freelance suppliers and small regional SMEs.
- The room staff, kitchen and cleaning staff are hired through the Fundació Mescladís, which works to give opportunities to people at risk of exclusion.
