Based on produce gleaned from agricultural fields near Barcelona. To raise awareness about gleaning, which consists of the permitted picking of fruit and vegetables that have been discarded from the commercial circuit.
We discover the world of locally-caught fish, their abundance, seasonality and
nutritional value. We also look at the problems of conserving marine resources and everyday
actions which can make us responsible fish consumers, while maintaining a healthy diet, and
we also showcase fresh, local produce.
The La Sardineta consumer group will talk about their experience of responsible consumption, including a produce tasting session.
