We at Chef2030 are a network of chefs from healthy and sustainable communities. Our professional and social commitment motivated us to play an active part in changing the food model. We have been working in the same well-established way for years, shopping, cooking and serving, but our methods have changed:

• We now buy directly from local producers and understand the realities of food production.
• We are cooking from a new recipe book. 
• We serve up values with our meals, as we aim to educate the palates of future generations.
