Sustainable Food

Espigoladors is a non-profit organisation that addresses three social needs at the same time: it works to make the most of food, guarantees healthy food for the entire population and generates job opportunities for people in vulnerable situations.
Núria Casas is an educational projects officer at Espigoladors. She manages, coordinates and runs projects based on education and awareness-raising, community-development, learning and service, as well as workshops and demonstrations on reusing leftovers. She also does collaborative work with associations and institutions.
