L’Olivera is a work cooperative and a social initiative in the rural and peri-urban world. They cultivate vineyards and olives and prepare organic wines and oils, incorporating people with difficulties into the entire process, putting their capacities at the service of a common project.
The Rabassaires project was created with the aim of recovering the Vallès Occidental’s wine-making tradition and bring the very essence of this region to everyone who would like to enjoy it in the form of wine.
