Chef at Restaurant Sergi de Meià, president of the Fundació Institut Català de la Cuina i la Cultura Gastronòmica, co-creator of the KM0 Slow Food movement and creator of the concept of "permagastronomy".

28 years working in the gastronomic sector, chef at Restaurant Reno for three years.
Three years as head chef at Restaurant Excellence, seven years as head chef at Restaurant Monvínic, eight years as head chef at Restaurant Sergi de Meià, preparing the new Permagastronomía Foundation in Vilanova de Meià.
