Director of the Master's Degree in Innovation in Tourism Management of Gastronomic Heritage.

Trained as an economist and dedicated to the tourism sector. With more than fifteen years’ experience in the tourism consultancy sector, she is currently the director of the Master's Degree in Innovation in Tourism Management of Culinary and Gastronomic Heritage and is a researcher specialising in gastronomic tourism in the Turcit research group at the CETT UB.
