Sustainable Food

Espigoladors is a non-profit organisation that addresses three social needs at the same time: it works to get the most of food, to guarantee healthy food for the entire population and to generate job opportunities for people in vulnerable situations.
Cèlia Vendrell has been part of the foundation’s team since 2018, carrying out multi-disciplinary tasks in logistical and commercial areas. She is currently a member of the projects team, and specialises in the fields of education and raising awareness of the challenge presented by food loss and wastage.
